Well, It’s been a pretty eventful month so far!!!
Warmer Weather Has Led To Outdoor Projects & Outdoor Shows. It Seems Like The More You Get Done,
The More There Is To Do!
This Month I’ve Had The Privilege Of Being The Opening Act For
2 Really Great Bands
First, On June 2nd I Opened For “The Hit Squad” This Band Features 4 Members Of “The Wicked Smart Horn Band”. These Guys Are Great!
If You Get The Chance To See Them, DO IT!!! They Are A Lot Of Fun!
Be Sure To Bring A Pair Of Scissors For Joe (J.K.)
Then On June 6th I Got To Open Up For “The Conniption Fits”.
Talk About A Crazy Night!!!
For Those Of You That Might Miss “Dirty Joke”, These Guys Are Just What You’ve Been Looking For!!!
HIGH ENERGY, GREAT SONG SELECTION AND A GREAT GROUP OF GUYS!!!
Then On June 7th I Got The Wind Taken Out Of My Sails,………
When I Got To Spend 5 Hours In The Emergency Room!!!
I Caught The Little Finger Of My Right Hand In A Belt Sander.
Love Those Home Projects!!
I Completely Tore The Nail Off Along With Some Of The Nail Bed, And Even Managed To Fracture The Bone. Ouch!!!
(Won’t Be Using That Finger For A While)
I Thank God Though, Because Any Other Finger Would Have Forced Me To Take Some Time Off To Recover.
But Being The Trooper That I Am…
I Managed To Play A Show The Very Next Night!
